Because of the nature of digital access and the value that is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. This also protects the integrity of our content and the community we serve.

At the same time, we believe in fairness and flexibility. That is why all courses are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift your spot to someone else or move to a future date.

Digital Products:

No refunds once access has been granted

Courses (Online and In-Person):

All courses are strictly non-refundable

Courses are transferable:

    • To another person, or
    • To a future course date (subject to availability and prior arrangement)

Services:

No refunds once the service has commenced

Physical Products:

    • Returns only accepted if defective
    • Must be reported within 7 days
